Designing for Home Food Security

After an introduction to the Permaculture Principles, we’ll focus on issues around Food:  Where does it come from, what are the elements of an Integrated Home Food System, what are the necessary ingredients for growing your own, and how can you store or preserve the harvest?


Class size 7 - 30.  
Donation of $20-50 desired; no one turned away due to lack of funds.  See instructor about possible work-trade.
